Custom Rubber Products has in-house capabilities to perform rheology, stress/strain, hardness, specific gravity, and oil immersion testing.  Custom Rubber has the ability to reverse engineer materials to satisfy our customer’s needs through close relationships with outside testing laboratories.
More extensive or specialized testing is available though our outside laboratories as required.

Custom Rubber Products has an on-site Coordinate Measuring System for part inspection that includes a Brown & Sharpe MicroXcel CMM, controller, system computer and software. The CMM’s XYZ measuring range is 29.5” x 25.6” x 19.7”.
