Custom Rubber Products manufacturing oilfield elastomer, phenolics, and thermoset plastic products for the oilfield and industrial markets since 1961.

 

Custom Rubber Products has over 80,000 SF of manufacturing space on our 10 acre site.  We have been in operation since 1961 providing engineering support and manufacturing services to a broad range of Oilfield Service companies including Baker, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Weatherford, and Davis Lynch to name just a few.

Custom Rubber Products works closely with our customers to develop tooling to meet their specific requirements.  Our engineering staff uses the latest CAD software to turn your ideas into products.

Custom Rubber Products supports Compression, Transfer and Injection molding. We have over 250 active elastomer and phenolic compounds being used in a broad spectrum of products and wide ranging environments. In addition to our molding capabilities Custom Rubber Products has built a 40,000 SF facility to mandrel wrap products from 2' to 40' in length and up to 21" in diameter. We have both steam and electric autoclaves and can produce a wide range of rollers  and packers.
