We help the customer select the production process that best fits their material,
product, performance, size, price, and volume requirements. The processes we
offer include rubber mixing, rubber molding, phenolic molding, and calender
wrapping.
RUBBER MIXING
We have been formulating rubber mixing compounds since 1961. Our broad
range of
elastomers allows us to
manufacture rubber mixing products for general service applications, as well
as those found in the most extreme drilling and production environments in the
oil
and gas
market.
RUBBER AND PHENOLIC MOLDING
Our rubber molding and phenolic molding products range in size from small to
32 inches in diameter by 36 inches tall and weighing up to 70 pounds.
Over the years we have developed many proprietary elastomer molding ( rubber
molding) processes for bonding rubber to metalics
and plastics.
The three molding processes we use are:
- Compression Molding Processes
- Transfer Molding Processes
- Injection Molding Processes
CALENDER WRAPPING
Our calender wrapped products are supplied to both the waste water treatment
and oilfield industry. We have the capability of wrapping rollers up to 17
inches in diameter and
16 feet in length. We use calender wrapping for a variety of tubes, sleeves,
and rings which are used in the
oilfield and industrial markets.
